Abstract

Conditions in December 2022 Manado Municipality experienced inflation of 0.66 percent, while calendar year inflation and year on year (yoy) inflation were 4.00 percent. In terms of month-to-month (mtm) inflation, Manado Municipality ranks 8th for inflation on Sulawesi Island and ranks 39th nationally, while year on year (yoy) Manado Municipality ranks 13th on Sulawesi Island and ranks 3rd 86 nationally.

The biggest contributor to inflation year on year (yoy) in December was air transportation by 1.1197 percent and the biggest contributor to deflation was cayenne pepper fish by 0.3927 percent.

The biggest contributor to inflation on a month to month (mtm) basis in December 2022 was rice by 0.1779 percent, while the biggest contributor to deflation was deho fish by 0.0520 percent.
