Forum Group Discussion (FGD) of Statistics Bitung Municipality Service Standards

On Tuesday (27/5), Statistics Bitung Municipality Service held a Forum Discussion Group (FGD) on Statistics Bitung Municipality Service Standards. This activity was based on the Regulation of the Head of BPS Number 65 of 2024. In this regulation, services at BPS Regency/City which originally consisted of 8 services were simplified into 3 services. Statistical consultation services through direct media and statistical consultation services through online media were merged into one service, namely statistical consultation services. Publication sales services, as well as sales of micro data and digital maps of statistical work areas both through direct media and online media were removed. Sales services are only available at BPS Province and BPS Center.

This event was attended by various government agencies and academics in Bitung City. In this activity, Statistics Bitung Municipality asked for suggestions or input from government agencies and academics regarding the service standards that had been prepared. This was done so that Statistics Bitung Municipality can continue to provide the best service according to the needs of service users.
