Training for Village Potential Data Collection Officers (PODES) 2024

The Bitung City Central Statistics Agency held Training for Village Potential Data Collection Officers (PODES) 2024 for 3 days effective on 24-26 April 2024. The training was carried out in a hybrid manner, namely Online Training via Zoom Meeting for 2 days effective on 24-25 April 2024 and Training Face to face at Fave Hotel for 1 day effective April 25 2024.

Podes itself is the only complete village-level data collection carried out by BPS. Data from Podes data collection is able to describe the potential possessed by an area at the village, sub-district and district levels throughout Indonesia. Podes data can be used by various parties who need it. In line with developments over time, the need for regional data and information down to the smallest areas is felt to be increasingly diverse and urgent to be met.
